The standard requirements of the beaded cold press for hydraulic oil are as follows:


Requirement 1: Appropriate viscosity


As the temperature drops, the viscosity of the hydraulic oil increases, the pressure of the system is lost, the power drops, and the oil absorption of the pump deteriorates, and the effect of cavitation and cavitation simply occurs, making the pump operation difficult. If the viscosity is too small, the system leaks too much, the volume loss increases, the system power is also low, and the rigidity of the system becomes worse. In addition, the temperature of the hydraulic oil will change before and after the four-column hydraulic press is started and during normal operation. Therefore, in order for the hydraulic system to operate normally and stably, the viscosity of the operating medium is required to be small with temperature changes.

Good hydraulic oil has a smooth effect on the moving parts in the hydraulic system of the four-column hydraulic machine to reduce conflicts and reduce conflicts, and ensure that the system can operate normally for a long time. Requirement 3: Prevent oxidation


When hydraulic oil comes in contact with air, it will undergo oxidative transformation. High temperature, high pressure and certain substances, such as copper, zinc, aluminum, etc., will accelerate the oxidation process. After oxidation, the acid value of the medium increases, and the corrosiveness is strong, and the viscous material generated by oxidation will block the pores and gaps of the components and affect the normal operation of the system. Therefore, hydraulic oil is required to have excellent oxidation resistance.


Requirement 4: Good shear stability


The working medium must be severely sheared when passing through pumps, valves and microporous components. This mechanical effect will cause the viscosity of the medium to change in two ways, that is, the temporary viscosity at high shear speed is lost and the long-term viscosity formed after the destruction of the polymeric tackifier molecules is reduced. This situation is particularly severe at high speeds and high pressures. After the viscosity drops to a relative level, it cannot be used continuously. Therefore, the hydraulic oil is required to have good shear stability.


Requirement 5: Anti-rust and non-corrosive metal


Many metal parts in the hydraulic system are in contact with hydraulic oil for a long time, and their surface will rust under the effect of the water and air dissolved in the medium, which will damage the accuracy and surface quality. The rust particles circulating in the system can also cause accelerated wear of components and system failures. At the same time, the medium itself is also not allowed to have a corrosive effect on metal parts, or it will slowly differentiate and produce corrosive substances such as acid. Therefore, it is required that the oil used in the cold press should have excellent protection of metals, prevent rust and corrosion of metals.
