4. At the end of the operation, cut off the power supply and clean up the remaining materials.

Precautions for cold press:

1. Operators need to be drilled and qualified before taking up their posts. Non-local operators are not allowed to operate the machine;

2. Keep the press clean and uniform;

3. Keep the oil circuit switch in the open state;

4. During the lifting process of the press, it is forbidden to reach into the press;

5. The press after use should be kept closed.

The shutdown of the cold press is generally divided into the following situations:

1. Shutdown between meals: Special personnel are required to be on duty.

2. One-shift shutdown: The equipment is required to block the main power supply when it is not operating.

3. Holiday shutdown: The equipment blocks the main power supply when it is not operating. If the temperature is below 0 degrees, it may be necessary to drain the water accumulated in the equipment to prevent frost damage to the equipment parts, and to perform maintenance after the shutdown. Check it every 15 days Whether to maintain once.

4. Long-term downtime: the maintenance of non-working conditions should be operated according to the above technique, so that the equipment will not be damaged in the natural environment.
